Opening Packs:

Yes, you can open packs in both the Web and Companion Apps.

How to Open Packs:

Navigate to the Store tab.

Select Packs.

Choose the pack you wish to open.

A brief animation will display the first player, and then you'll see the full contents of the pack.

Pack Probabilities:

Check the probabilities of each pack to see the likelihood of getting certain items.

Unlocking the Transfer Market

To access the Transfer Market in the Web and Companion Apps:

Playtime Requirements:

Regular Players: Play for 2 active days in Ultimate Team mode (an active day is defined as playing three full matches).

Multiple Accounts: If sharing devices, complete at least 4 active days.

Enable Playtime Tracking:

 
Web/Companion Apps Settings:

Open the Web or Companion apps.

Go to Settings.

Slide the Enable Playtime bar.

Confirm by tapping Yes on the pop-up window.
